Dividends
The Company has not paid any dividends in the past and does not expect that they will be paid in the foreseeable future. The declaration and payment by Innogenetics of any dividends in the future, and the amount of any future dividends, will depend upon the Company’s results of operations, financial condition, cash requirements, future prospects, profits available for distribution, and other factors deemed by the Company and/or the shareholders to be relevant at the time. Before the Company can pay dividends, it will need to have profits available for distribution.
