Innogenetics kondigt implementatie herstructurering GENimmune aan

Innogenetics (Euronext Brussel: INNX) kondigde vandaag de implementatie aan van haar herstructureringsplan van de farmadivisie van GENimmune. Volgens de collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst die op 8 mei met de sociale partners werd ondertekend, zullen er in een eerste fase 24 arbeidscontracten met ingang van 1 juni beëindigd worden. Op 1 juni zal de eenheid Biologische productie onder de naam Innogenetics Biologicals gereïntegreerd worden binnen Innogenetics.

Innogenetics announces implementation of GENimmune restructuring

Innogenetics (Euronext Brussels: INNX) announced today the implementation of its restructuring plan for the pharma division of GENimmune. Based on the collective labor agreement signed on May 8 with its social partners, a total of 24 labor contracts will be terminated in a first phase procedure effective June 1. On June 1, the biologicals production unit will be re-integrated into Innogenetics under the name Innogenetics Biologicals.
