Gent (Belgium) - November 6, 2008 - According to Article 15 of the Law of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Innogenetics NV hereby informs of a decrease in outstanding warrants.

On November 3, 2008, there were 668,780 future voting rights pursuant to the exercise of granted warrants. Consequently, if all mentioned warrants and 3,086,660 bonds would be executed there would be 34,634,360 voting rights.

The total number of voting rights (‘the denominator’) remains 30,878,920.

Le 3 novembre, il y avait 668 780 futurs droits de vote suivant le nombre de warrants issus. Par conséquent si tous les warrants précités et les 3 086 660 obligations convertibles sont exercés, le nombre total de droits de vote sera 34 634 360.

Le nombre total de droits de vote (‘le dénominateur’) reste 30 878 920.

Gent (België) – 6 november 2008 – Conform Artikel 15 van de Wet van 2 mei 2007 op de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen in beursgenoteerde bedrijven, meldt Innogenetics NV een daling in het aantal toegekende warrants.

Op 3 november 2008 waren er 668 780 toekomstige stemrechten ingevolge toegekende warrants. Bij uitoefening van alle genoemde warrants en alle 3 086 660 obligaties zouden er bijgevolg 34 634 360 stemrechten zijn.

Het aantal stemrechten (‘de noemer’) blijft 30 878 920.
