Statutory Auditor
Grant Thornton, Lievekaai 21, 9000 Gent (Belgium), represented by Ms Marleen Mannekens, has been appointed as Statutory Auditor of Innogenetics for a term of three years, ending immediately after the closing of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of 2009.
Remuneration
The aggregate remuneration of the Statutory Auditor for the performance of its mandate in 2007 for the Innogenetics Group amounted to €76 412 (excl. VAT).
Special assignments
Special assignments have been allocated to Grant Thornton in the context of collaboration agreements with third parties, tax advice, and transfer of shares. The fees incurred in 2007, for Innogenetics NV amounted to €7 683 (excl. VAT) for tax advice and for other assignments €30 007.5 (excl. VAT). Innogenetics’ subsidiaries incurred fees of €11 327.64 for advisory services performed by foreign tax advisors.
