Third Wave Technologies Inc
In April 2004, Innogenetics signed an agreement with Third Wave Technologies Inc for marketing and distribution by Innogenetics of selected genetic testing products in Europe, based on Third Wave Technologies’ Invader® technology. In February 2006, Third Wave Technologies and Innogenetics entered into a non-exclusive license agreement granting Third Wave Technologies the right to sell products under Innogenetics’ intellectual property for HCV genotyping.
